The latest winners recently for KRB purchases were Shantou Village and Present In Court. Shantou Village won the handicap chase at Worcester  for trainer Neil Mulholland, this being his eighth success since being bought by KRB as a foal. Present in Court was bought by KRB as a yearling and he won the maiden hurdle at Downpatrick under a strong ride from Davy Russell for trainer Gordon Elliott.

KRB have been busy at the recent sales. At the Tattersalls Ire August sale they managed to buy a couple for their clients. It was then onto the start of the flat Sales, where KRB managed to buy a few nice yearlings in the Goffs UK premier sale. This has been a happy hunting ground for KRB in the past, with two former purchases, Titi Makfi, and I’ll Have Another both performing well in Baden Baden this weekend. Titi Makfi finishing third in a Group 2 and I’ll Have Another only beaten a neck in the Group 3 for two year olds. Both fillies are trained by Mark Johnston for Paul and Clare Rooney.

Last weekend was the annual owners day for Imperial Racing, where around fifty people came to Kevin’s parents Mount Top Stud to view their horses in pre training. As always it was a great day had by all, with all the horses looking great and the partnerships looking forward to the season ahead.
